As a private grower organization our focus is from farming through total processing. Using Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), we build upon our core strength of farming and commitment to sustainability of our farming operations.

Our farms span several NW states, a solid foundation to our extensive array of processing operations.  OPC offers dehydrated, dehydrofrozen, frozen potato and vegetable processing, roasting and seasoning capabilities across all lines and more.

Our in-house blending operation enables us to custom develop products for industrial, food-service and retail markets. This is supported with broad packaging capabilities ranging from bulk totes and cases to smaller food service and retail pack configurations.
